Aon Corp. Completes Buy Of Valley Oak Systems

CHICAGO, IL -- Risk management giant Aon Corp (NYSE: AOC) announced the completion of its purchase of Valley Oak Systems, a San Ramon, CA based software company.  Terms were not disclosed.

Valley Oak provides claims management software, services and support for the insurance industry.  Its main claims management product, iVOS, will integrate Aon's risk management information system to share information and provide analysis of claims, policy and exposure data.

Valley Oak was founded in 2004 and will continue to operate an independant subsidiary of Aon.
